When your bird needs support—whether it’s feather condition, molting, or calming—you don’t want delays or uncertainty. Most UnRuffledRx orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Most orders ship from Colorado. This allows faster delivery across most of the U.S. with less time in transit. Pak O Bird Travel Carriers and FeatherBrite lights ship direct from our east coast partners.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST (Monday–Saturday) typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff or on Sunday ship the next business day.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

- Free Shipping ($69+): U.S. orders over $69 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.
- $4.99 Flat Rate: Orders under $69 ship at a low flat rate.
- UPS 2-Day Air: Available at checkout when timing is critical.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: Rates calculated at checkout.

Temperature & Product Handling
Some products naturally react to temperature during shipping. This is expected and does not affect safety or quality.
- Aloe Vera Spray (Winter): May become cold or slightly thickened during transit. Allow it to return to room temperature before use.
- Red Palm Oil: May firm up in cooler temperatures and soften when warm. This is normal for unrefined oils.
- We package products to minimize exposure to heat and light during transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Check tracking first for real-time updates.
- If tracking stalls or shows delivered but not received, contact us.
- If an item arrives damaged or compromised, we will work with you to resolve it quickly.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we can ship overseas.
- Check your country’s regulations first. Some countries restrict or delay supplements. Bird collars typically clear without issue.

How it works:
Ship your order to the broker’s U.S. address. They forward it internationally and manage all logistics and tracking from that point forward.
Important:
- Once delivered to the broker, they assume full responsibility for the shipment
- All tracking and delivery issues are handled through the broker
- If a shipment is refused or rejected, product cost may be refunded when we receive the product back at our facility, but shipping is non-refundable

International orders are typically shipped via UPS Worldwide for faster, trackable delivery.
- Live Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Typical Cost Range: $18–$45 depending on location and package size.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Duties and VAT are not included in your order total.
- These fees are charged by your country and must be paid before delivery.
- We do not control customs timelines or processing delays.
Important for International Orders
- Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are not refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
