Canadian Customers: Due to the Canada Post strike, we may temporarily cancel or suspend all shipments to Canada.

Shipping Within the Contiguous United States:

We strive to ship most in-stock items within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Free shipping is available for US orders of $69 or more.
  • For orders under $69, shipping is a flat rate of $6.99.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping, but carriers may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Timeframes:

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected events like extreme weather or other "acts of God" may cause delays. We recommend allowing extra time for shipping during such events.

If Your Package Says Delivered

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:

  1. Check your mailbox. Our products often ship in poly bags that fit easily inside.
  2. Ask your courier or neighbors. Sometimes packages are delivered to a secure location nearby.

International Orders

All prices on BirdSupplies.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card provider will bill you in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
