Due to the impacts of COVID-19, significant surges in shipping volume, the need to prioritize essential products, and unprecedented environmental issues, no couriers are offering guaranteed delivery times.  

Free U.S. Shipping at 

Free shipping applies to only orders in the Contiguous US locations.  If you have questions, please contact customer service via text 719-650-0812 or email at before you place your order for a calculated shipping cost. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of free shipped orders.

Shipping Information

While we try to keep all styles and colors of our fabulous bird collars in stock at all times, shipping times may not include production times. Shipping time begins after completion of the item creation, based off material availability.

Custom-Made Per Order Items Production Times

We are known for innovation and we often introduce new bird collars, thanks to your input! When we hatch upon a viable idea, begin production as a custom-made item.  These products may take longer to deliver.  Our current custom-made items are these products:

  • Heavy Duty Plucking Vests: Up To 10 Business Days
  • UnRuffledRx Huggle Tube Collar for Severe Parrot Feather Plucking: Up To 10 Business Days

Our orders are typically packaged and shipped within two business day after they are processed online, unless noted differently on the product page. Expedited orders must be placed before 6:00 AM MST to be shipped on day of order.

If there is a shipping error or damaged product please contact within 3 business days so this can be corrected. does not ship on weekends (we need the weekends to spend with our families and birds) or holiday's such as New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

Time in Transit times listed below begins once your order has shipped, not from the time your order was placed.  

USPS 1st Class is NOT insured.  What this means for you is that the risk of loss for such shipments will pass on to you once our courier picks up the item.

USPS 1st Class and Priority Flat Rate Shipping are estimated delivery times. Estimated Delivery Dates are not guaranteed.

USPS Express Mail is guaranteed from time of pick up.

We cannot control delivery once an order has left our facility and the courier has taken custody.

We will do our best to mitigate any delays or costs incurred in your package arriving to you. 

Example of a heavy-duty vest order placed Sunday with Expedited Shipping:

Order placed Sunday. Processing and collar creation begins on Monday.
Collar is processed for USPS pick-up on Friday. (This counts as Day 0)
Collar is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday by the end of the USPS delivery day. (Monday is Day 1 and Tuesday is Day 2).  In this example, these tracking dates are if the production takes the full 7 business days. Occasionally, production times take longer.

If the shipper sends an Expedited package on Wednesday, it will be delivered on Friday.

*Packages are picked up at End-Of-Day MST (usually around 3pm). Automated tracking emails are sent out when the packages are ready for pick up by USPS, which may be earlier in the day. Please refer above to the Day 0 count. Package labels created after 3pm may not be picked up by USPS and UPS until the next business day.

1st Class Shipping: 6-10 days
Priority Shipping: 2-4 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 Business Days


Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

USPS Priority Mail (Estimated 3-5 full business days) however, territories may take up to 2 weeks.

What you should know about First Class Shipping

First Class Shipping is not insured and may not be trackable. What this means for you is that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the USPS.

Other Information

Please make sure your address is current, complete and correct. If you provide an incorrect address we will be unable to deliver your package and your bird will possibly suffer by a delayed delivery!

We can not guarantee that the address that you enter on your order form will be validated by the USPS. If our e-commerce grade software can not validate your address we make an attempt to contact you.  If we do not hear back from you in 7 calendar days, we will cancel the order.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. 

If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge to you. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.

International Shipping Policies

Due to Brexit, we do not currently ship to the UK. Regarding all international shipments, the following applies.

  1. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This indicates the seller is responsible for any import costs. It keeps your customer from paying unexpected fees but does require you to manage filing the associated taxes. It's a good idea to note in your shipping policy that you are collecting and paying customs duties and import taxes on behalf of your buyers.
  2. Delivered at Place (DAP): This indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, while the customer has to absorb any import costs. This will save you from filing taxes but may catch your customer by surprise and lead to delayed or returned shipments. We recommend you update your shipping policy to reflect that your buyers are the importer of record and are responsible for paying any applicable custom duties and import taxes.


Exchange Policy

Unused items ordered in the wrong size/color can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned according to pursuant to the same conditions required for returns as set forth above. Shipping charges will apply.
