How To Make A Return

We want you to love your bird supplies.

While we can't guarantee every bird will embrace a collar, we recognize that introducing new items to your feathered friend requires patience. Download our free book on helping your bird adjust to wearing apparel, and discover tips for introducing supplements.

Your dedication to your bird's well-being is commendable, and we're here to support you throughout this process.

You may return unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping charges.

For a hassle-free refund, make sure your item meets these criteria:

  • Original condition
  • Intact safety seals
  • Odor-free
  • Free from bite marks and dander

Here's items that we can't accept for a refund:

  • Drop ship items (bird lights and bird carriers)
  • Digital products
  • Clearance items

Item Is Damaged

We make every effort to pack items to arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please save all packaging and send us detailed photos so that we can file a claim with the shipper.

Some of our offerings are sensitive to extreme temperatures like during an "Artic Blast" or a "Summer Heatwave." If you've ordered liquids or oils, please make a plan so that the package can be brought in quickly after delivery.

Extreme weather conditions are beyond our control, but we'd request that you send photo's to determine if the item is eligible for a claim.

Item Tracked As Delivered But Not Received.

  1. Check the Delivery Facts: Make sure that the address that was entered at the tine you placed the order was correct. Also, recheck the tracking information, particularly on international orders that get stuck in customs along the way.
  2. Chat with the Carrier: Contact the courier and your individual carrier to find out where the package was left. Some couriers try to hide the package from the street. GPS is very accurate and if the item has a tracking code, the courier should be able to pinpoint where it was delivered to.
  3. Double-Check the Address:
  4. Ask the Neighbors: Ask your neighbors if they received the package by mistake. Use the Next Door app to broadcast the missing package.
  5. Look for Video Proof on your device or your neighbors.
  6. Make a police report. This often speeds the claims process.

First, please accept our condolences. Next, contact us to let us know and, finally, refuse the package or return it.
