US-based brick & mortar bird-specific pet stores and Avian & Exotic Vet Clinics can get started with 3 easy steps.

Here's what you need to do to create an account:

1. Complete & submit your Wholesale Application at info@birdsupplies.com (Powerful Contact Form Builder)


2. Vet Offices & Brick & Mortar Stores: Submit a Copy of your Business License, 501(c)(3) parrot rescues and sanctuaries, if applicable, Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate (or Equivalent)


3. Sign and submit the BirdSupplies.com Wholesale Contract

We will review your eligibility and notify you within 5 days. For faster support give us a call at 719-650-0812.

Tiered Order Minimums

• $150 - 299 USD wholesale orders receive a 15% discount
• $300 - $499 USD order receive a 25% discount and free shipping
• $500+ orders are eligible for a 33% discount, free shipping, and are eligible for certain promotional items upon request

Invoicing & Payment

Payment in full is required prior to shipping. We do not offer net terms or C.O.D. orders.

BirdSupplies.com products are exclusively for dedicated brick & mortar pet bird stores, rescues, and veterinarians.

Our trademarked, copyrighted UnRuffledRx products are are NOT TO BE SOLD ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, no matter how they are acquired. This includes but is not limited to Petsmart, Petco, Chewy, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and other similar marketplaces.

Violators will have their wholesale accounts immediately canceled. We will contact marketplace platforms and notify them of DMCA infringement and take the appropriate legal action.

Pricing: MSRP and MAP Policy

MSRP and MAP pricing are important components of our wholesale program. They ensure fair pricing throughout the avian wholesale environment, protecting both our brand and your business.

By applying for a wholesale account, you agree to MSRP & MAP policies. Retailers who fail to comply will receive one warning. If the issue is not corrected within 48 hours, a hold will be placed on the account until pricing is updated.

BirdSupplies.com regularly monitors its retailers directly and via third-party agencies. While you may set your own resale prices, violations occur when the advertised price is below the stated MAP.

Price Updates

We reserve the right to update prices as needed, though we strive to maintain competitive pricing for our customers. The retailer price list is available upon request via email at info@birdsupplies.com.
