UnRuffledRx Direct Wholesale Terms & Conditions
We’re pleased to partner with pet care professionals who share our commitment to bird wellness. These terms apply to approved direct wholesale accounts purchasing UnRuffledRx products from BirdSupplies.com, Inc.
Who Qualifies
Eligible accounts: We offer wholesale pricing to approved:
- Brick-and-mortar pet and bird supply stores
- Licensed veterinary clinics and exotic animal hospitals
- Qualified bird rescues and sanctuaries
Online-only retailers, dropship businesses, and third-party marketplace resellers are not eligible.
Distributor accounts are handled separately and may have different pricing, minimums, and shipping terms.
Minimum Order
The minimum direct wholesale order is $250.
Wholesale pricing applies only to eligible individual products.
Bundles, Promotions & Discounts
Retail bundles, kits, promotional packages, sale items, and other already-discounted offers are not eligible for wholesale discounts.
Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with retail coupon codes, promotional discounts, or other offers unless specifically authorized by BirdSupplies.com, Inc.
If you would like the products contained in a retail bundle, please order the individual products through your wholesale account.
Payment Terms
All direct wholesale orders are prepaid at the time of purchase.
We do not offer Net 30, Net 60, Net 90, or other payment terms for direct wholesale accounts unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Shipping
Wholesale orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States receive free standard shipping on orders of $750 or more.
Orders under $750 are charged shipping based on order size and destination.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery. Residential, remote-area, oversized, or special-handling charges may be added when applicable.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are charged shipping based on destination and order size.
Wholesale orders may ship in more than one carton when necessary.
Order Fulfillment
Most wholesale orders ship within 3–5 business days. Larger orders or temporarily limited inventory may require additional processing time.

MSRP & MAP Pricing
BirdSupplies.com, Inc. maintains Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines to protect the UnRuffledRx brand and support fair competition among our retail partners.
Wholesale partners must comply with the current UnRuffledRx MAP policy.
Products may not be advertised below the established MAP price. Retailers are encouraged to sell at MSRP and may sell above MAP.
BirdSupplies.com, Inc. reserves the right to update wholesale pricing, MSRP, or MAP pricing when necessary.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Wholesale customers may not resell UnRuffledRx products on third-party marketplaces, including:
- Amazon
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Etsy
- Chewy
- PetSmart
- Petco
- Other third-party marketplace platforms
Marketplace sales require specific written authorization from BirdSupplies.com, Inc.
Wholesale accounts are intended for resale through the approved retailer’s physical location and, when authorized, its own business website.
Unauthorized marketplace selling may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.
Original Packaging & Brand Integrity
UnRuffledRx products must be sold in their original, unopened packaging.
Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, altered, divided into smaller quantities, or sold under another brand name without written authorization.
Product labels, lot information, expiration or best-by information, and other required labeling must remain intact.
Returns, Shortages & Damages
Because many UnRuffledRx products are consumable supplements or personal-use bird care products, wholesale sales are final.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a shipping shortage, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can correct the problem.
Marketing Support
Approved wholesale partners may request product images, product descriptions, educational materials, and other available UnRuffledRx marketing resources.
UnRuffledRx trademarks, logos, product photography, and marketing materials may be used only to promote authentic UnRuffledRx products and may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the product or brand.
Right to Limit or Terminate Accounts
BirdSupplies.com, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or limit orders and to suspend or terminate wholesale privileges for violations of these terms, including unauthorized marketplace sales, MAP violations, improper repackaging, or misuse of wholesale pricing.
Acceptance of Terms
By opening a wholesale account or placing a wholesale order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Direct Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
