FeatherSoft works by locking moisture into the skin, similar to how Aveno Baths work. Next steps might be to assess the diet and adding some skin healing nutritional supplements like FeatherUp or Red Palm Oil. If the problem persists, please get a vet exam since one of the major symptoms of fatty liver disease is intolerable itching.
