🌞 Why Use a Bird Light?
Bird lights mimic natural sunlight, helping your feathered friend produce vitamin D, absorb calcium, and maintain healthy feathers and bones. But just like us, too much exposure isn’t good—it can even lead to cataracts and skin issues.

⏰ How Long Should It Stay On?
Less is more! Only use your Featherbrite bird light for about one hour per day, and just 3–4 times a week is perfect. Think of it as your bird’s daily dose of sunshine without overdoing it!

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance
Simply wipe your bird light down weekly with a slightly damp cloth—quick, clean, and hassle-free!

🔧 Easy Mounting Instructions

1. First, check your cage bars and decide if you’ll attach the supports front-to-back or side-to-side.
2. Attach the light fixture securely to the stainless steel wire supports.
3. Gently insert the large loops of the supports between the cage bars, adjusting slightly as needed for a snug fit.
4. Position the fixture at the back of the cage to keep wires safely out of beak's reach. The loops are handy for hanging toys or treats to keep things fun!

📐 Important Size Note:
The assembled light measures 10½" x 11". It’s best suited for medium-to-large cages (it might be too roomy for smaller setups!). Avoid side mounting to ensure safety.
