At this time, we screen wholesalers for compliance with our policies as a means to protect our resellers from price undercutting. We prefer to work with premium specialty stores and clinics that cater to the specialized needs of exotic birds. We require resellers to never place UnRuffledRx Brand products on sale for less than 20% of MSRP. We currently require that our retail partners refrain from listing our products on Amazon, Ebay, or any other similar "discount" shopping channel. We plan to phase in quality e-commerce stores soon.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 48 hours of order placement. On occasion we get slammed with orders and shipments may take up to a week, especially on our bird collar line.
Our preferred shippers, at the time of this writing are USPS for orders under 2 pounds and UPS for order over 2 pounds. For both US and International orders, we charge actual shipping costs.
Note to International Purchasers: Your country's government or customs office charges you a customs duty or import tax on your shipment. You are responsible for all customs duties imposed. First Class Shipping is not insured. What this means is that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We provide warehouse pickup Warehouse pickup is based on product availability and we may need to reschedule a pickup time based on availability. We are available at the warehouse 9 am - 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Regarding international orders, the buyer is responsible to ensure that their order will clear their respective countries customs. Furthermore, at no time will BirdSupplies.com take
Actual shipping rates apply to wholesale orders. We currently ship to USA and Canadian businesses. BirdSupplies.com, Inc. is not responsible for customs or any other fees for Canadian wholesale orders.
Once a packaged is picked up by USPS or UPS, they take custody of the package. Any disputes will go through the shippers channels.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage or loss sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can assist you.

Drop shipping over the web is not encouraged. We can only guarantee drop ship orders when placed over the phone or by email directly to sales reps. $50 minimum required.
