- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (drained and cooled)
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped apple (seedless)
- 1 tablespoon chopped cucumber (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon chopped sweet potato (steamed or baked, then cooled)
- 1 tablespoon blueberries or another small, soft fruit
- 1 tablespoon cooked lentils or chickpeas (optional for extra protein)

Instructions:
