Calcium (as Calcium Lactate) — 10 mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Taurinate) — 2 mg
Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) — 2.5 mcg (100 IU)
Thiamine (Vitamin B1, as Thiamine HCl) — 1.5 mg
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6, as Pyridoxine HCl) — 3.4 mg

For Use In

Pet birds of all species, including parrots, cockatiels, budgies, African greys, cockatoos, macaws and other companion birds.

Recommended Use

Specially formulated to dissolve clear in drinking water. This bird calcium supplement may help support normal calcium metabolism, strong eggshell formation and healthy muscle and nerve function as part of an appropriate diet.

Feeding Directions

Dissolve in fresh drinking water up to 3 times per week:

• ½ scoop in 4 oz of water
• 1 scoop in 8 oz of water

Because too much supplemental calcium can be harmful, do not exceed the recommended amount or frequency unless directed by your avian veterinarian. For a diagnosed calcium deficiency or a bird with special nutritional needs, follow your veterinarian’s instructions.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place with the lid tightly closed. Keep the desiccant packet in the jar to help protect the powder from moisture and maintain freshness.

Cautions

• For use in birds only.
• For intermittent or supplemental feeding only.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage or use more than 3 times per week unless directed by an avian veterinarian.
• Do not combine with multiple calcium supplements unless recommended by an avian veterinarian.
• If your bird is laying eggs, receiving other supplements or under veterinary care, consult your avian veterinarian before use.
• Discontinue use and contact a veterinarian if an adverse reaction occurs.
