At we're learning as we go, too. Here are some notes we thought might be helpful as we work on getting through this together:

  •  We are still operational and shipping. As some of our vendors have been required to shut down temporarily, we have made a note in the product description if there will be a delay in getting that product to you. We are constantly monitoring the situation and updating these products as the situation calls for it.
  • While we are shipping orders on time and as received as much as possible, please note that most couriers are experiencing delays due to both COVID-19, unprecedented natural disasters, and unprecedented shipping volume. At this time, to our knowledge, no courier is guaranteeing on-time deliveries.  While it has been our experience that 2nd Day Air and Priority Mail are given preference, most companies are unable to adhere to product delivery time guarantees.
  • We're here for you! We understand that each day comes with new information. We're in this together! Contact us via email or phone with any questions or concerns you have regarding our products and ordering.
  • We, at truly appreciate your business. Please follow us on Instagram or Twitter! we can be found via. Tag us in your pet photos while they're using our products. Send us your bird pictures and will feature your pet across our social media. After all, our pets are helping us get through this with a smile!
