good product, helped a little even though my bird is not plucking, only scratching, need a product just for that
Sizz b.
My bird was plucking for over 8 years and I just started using it and she's starting to grow her feathers underneath her wings and it was very educational and I'm from I'm very impressed thank you very much.

Reeko is 23 yrs He started plucking when I took to vet and found out he had metal poisoning and he got treatments for this for 10 days and total of $1500 dollars, which I had to borrow. I am senior and live on S/S . he looks very shaby. Vitamins every day and coconut oil. etc. I spray him with the aloe I bought from you. First bottle would not spray so I put on with cotton ball. I take it day to day..he is my Sunshine...

This has really helped along with the collar and vest. My cockatoos feathers are coming back in nicely.

Thank goodness I bought 2 Aloe Vera mist. I already went thru one. My parrots got scared when I used the mist because of the container so transferred to another and now they think is water. They are to smart. What I noticed the most is that after a few days they stopped scratching. They used to almost jump to scratch and pluck, which is such a relief. Kasey, my african gray is growing a tail feather the scarlet macaw is trying to leave her feather alone. You know, its a start. Both have been plucking for over 10 years and nothing works. It brings me to tear. I realize I need to be consistent but being on social security is hard. I have been told that once they start plucking nothing can be done. They seem happier and so is mommy now that their skin is not so dry. Thank you!

While she didn't pluck she was molting and rough on her feathers, he adoptive brother peaches, was a rescue plucker. I was worried, but mixing this with her warm gentle mists really helped sooth her irritated skin, and for peaches it has been a godsend. She now has soft glowing feathers and peaches is slowly getting better with his own feathers.

I have not been able to use it on my 2 birds because even though I’ve had them for 5 yrs they do not let us handle or touch them and I’ve been try to gently get the used to the spray but they just fly away so I do not know if it will help them or not

Bella's feathers are so much better with the spray as well as her new ones that are coming through now that she has stopped plucking she is a lot happier and more loveable than before .

It really helped for me to see another parrot owner talk about her experience with the product. she said her birds liked it. she thought it soothed their skin. I feel the same way. when I spray them they don't immediately put their beak down there to get it off or anything they just go play with their toys. One of my cockatoos plucks and I'm sure way past fixing it - she's just naked. but the other one really only does this during molting. And this product I believe is helping.

The sprayer that it came with did not work well. It was hard to push and barely sprayed anything. I had to
put the product in a different spray bottle to use it.

The product isn’t overly oily and doesn’t have a very potent smell. Domino is catlike and hates sprays, so this has been a bit of a battle but he has calmed down.

Product helps my macaw’s feathers look better and helps to reduce feather plucking (minimally).

Really disappointed this product wasn’t called “Aloe Vera Wing”. Seems to work well though.

It's a good product and i had recommended to my friend

I recently purchased the aloe Vera spray and it works way better than expected. My white pigeon got into some olive oil and it stained her yellow, leaving her feathers bedraggled and smelly. She is able to preen them clean now, and after several baths I used this spray. She looks shiny and fluffy again :)

This spray is calming for my CAG. When he looks like he is intensely itching, I spray him with the NOPICK, and it seems to calm him down.

My Grey has very itchy, dry skin. The aloe Vera spray and also the Rose petal spray really helps soothe his itchy skin.

My bird is not a fan of being sprayed but hopefully he will get used to it,Calming powder seems to help, so only time will tell.

Anything is possible
I am using this twice a day along with parrot calming. I think that the combination of the two is helping slightly

Singing in to rain
My African Grey Parrot skin was to dry and when I saw this product I bought it right away. I have noticed that she is not scratching as much I think it’s doing the job she love to be sprayed with cold water so I put it spray in the frig. I do recommend this product.

Aloe Vera feather plucking spray
Our African Grey parrot has been picking then destroying her feathers in the last few months.
We tried spraying her with water, spraying her in the shower and even started an oral presentation medicine from our vet. So far nothing had worked to deter her from destroying her feathers.
So I tried the Aloa Vera feather plucking spray and to my surprise seen a positive improvement in 3 days. I’m very pleased and hope this will deter her from further feather plucking.
I highly recommend this product to other parrot parents faced with the terrible realization of seeing their bird rip out and destroy their beautiful feathers. Thank you for a wonderful helpful product.

To help my lovebird
I just started using this with my lovebird. It appears to soothe the spot, and I’m hoping that this along with her collar and the birdie herbs helps to break the plucking cycle.

Aloe Vera Feather Spray
Great product! Makes my birds feathers soft and they're not itchy anymore. It's also a good quick spray bath too.

Soothing skin for feather pluckers
Sometimes it is hard to give feedback on products for plucking because it takes more than several months to begin seeing if something is working. I use the aloe vera in conjunction with bee pollen, avicalm, palm oil and from the drug store 3 antibiotic ointment for where her skin was scabbed and itchy, spreading it thinly on her wounds. I think the most important thing is that her abrasions don't turn into an infection. I have been using all that for about 2 to 3 months. Yesterday I took her to the vet~and he said her skin is baby soft (well that means her skin is softer than mine!) She passed all her tests showing her very healthy. I feel the items I am using on her especially the aloe spray are helping. Now I have to see whether she plucks the new feathers that are coming in. She is growing back her collar feathers, and along her back between her wings. It will take a long time for her other feathers to emerge. My attitude is that I have obsessive compulsive habits, so if chewing or plucking her feathers remains a habit for her, I can at least protect her from any skin infections and or itching~the palm oil, I feed all three of my parrots everyday, also the bee pollen. Everyone is healthy. I feel the aloe spray is important.

My 20 year old African Gray parrot, Xena, is slowly beginning to improve from her chronic feather picking since using this spray a couple times a day. She looks better and I'm sure she feels better, too!

Arrived noon today, I'm impressed. You've some excellent guidelines and training tips. My behavior skills with parrots focuses on trust issues-you are right on. The items are top notch quality- I think the mediums seem a little small for my citron and the large a tad tight for my umbrella cockatoo. I'll try to stretch the openings a little. I think a size up would work better. Both birds have no trouble with flight suits or flight leashes. The tight fit gets them anxious as it pulls or catches on neck and throats feathers. Any suggestions?
