Like humans, birds come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. When you receive your collar, please examine it before trying it on your bird. If the neck is too small, please know that most of our cone styles can be trimmed to fit.


Our collars are designed to make it harder for a bird to reach particular plucking locations. But, birds are intelligent, persistent, and quite flexible.  Plus, we know they chew, which is why you're buying the collar in the first place. We are unable to guarantee that your bird will accept a bird collar or that they won't be able to remove it.

To receive a refund on returned items :

  • Items must be received following the instructions on this form within 30 days of purchase
  • Shipped back in the original packaging with tags and safety seals intact
  • In resalable condition (no bite marks, dander, or open supplements)
  • eBooks and Digital Patterns are not eligible for returns

Failure to comply may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee

    Once your return is received at our  our team inspects it to ensure that it meets the above requirements within 48 business hours. We'll issue a store credit or simply refund the payment used to make the purchase. This way, you'll be able to order the correct size and colors you need!

There is a 30-day time limit from the date of purchase on all returns. The item must be in brand new, unused condition and returned with its original packaging intact in order to receive store credit.

    The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. If item shipped under our free shipping policy, the original shipping charges will be deducted. All packaging must be in original condition. Items damaged during normal, pet-related activities, including bite marks and dust are ineligible.

    We charge a flat $5.00 rate for opened packaging.

We may ask for a photo. We'll promptly send the correct item and a return label, if applicable. Print out the form below and enclose it with your return.

    Unused items ordered in the wrong size/color can be returned for immediate store credit. Just email us your tracking # and once its accepted by the courier, we'll issue a store credit so that you may purchase the correct size.

    Please note, items must be returned according to pursuant to the same conditions required for returns as set forth above. Shipping charges will apply. If the reason for return is our fault, we will happily pay return shipping and make things right!

    If your product arrived damaged, please contact within 3 days and we will correct the issue.

Consultations will be fully refunded, minus the cost of any digital content that was provided to you, within 48 hours of the scheduled service. You may reschedule the meeting.
