We want to be sure that you’re as happy with your UnRuffledRx bird supplies as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging.

BirdSupplies.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. There is a 30-day time limit from the date of purchase on all returns. The item must be in brand new, unused condition and returned with its original packaging intact in order to receive store credit.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. If item shipped under our free shipping policy, the original shipping charges will be deducted. All packaging must be in original condition. Items damaged during normal, pet-related activities, including bite marks and dust are ineligible.

We charge a flat $5.00 rate for opened packaging.

Please accept out apologies. We'll make it right. Fill out the Contact Us form and provide your name and order number with a brief explanation and we'll make it right. We'll promptly send the correct item and a return label, if applicable. Please print out the form below and enclose it with your return.

Unused items ordered in the wrong size/color can be returned for immediate store credit. Just email us your tracking # and once its accepted by the courier, we'll issue a store credit so that you may purchase the correct size.

Please note, items must be returned according to pursuant to the same conditions required for returns as set forth above. Shipping charges will apply. If the reason for return is our fault, we will happily pay return shipping and make things right!

If your product arrived damaged, please contact BirdSupplies.com within 3 days and we will correct the issue.

The item(s) being returned must be completely free from dander, dirt, bite marks, smoke smell, or any other evidence of use. Items should be returned in its original product packaging with all parts and instructions. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged returns.

Store credits are processed through our loyalty program. Please make sure that you've signed up for an account on our store to ensure that your credit is processed promptly. Store credit is applied once the item is received at our warehouse.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Please note that credits are for actual price paid for the product, minus any discounts. If order qualified for free shipping, shipping charges are deducted from the store credit. If packaging has been torn or opened, a flat $5.00 rate is charged for repackaging the product.

Behavior consultation and course time slots fill up fast. Consultations: We hold a spot for you when you book a consultation. Consultations will be fully refunded, minus the cost of any digital content that was provided to you, within 48 hours of the scheduled service. You may reschedule the meeting.

Courses: Courses may not be cancelled.
