Three steps to help your feather plucking bird get their feathers back...

 Stop the bird feather plucking cycle with a sturdy bird collar (as long as your vet says they're in overall good health).

Consider going with a sturdy collar that is firm enough that your bird will have to “work it” in order to perform his habit.

Depending on the plucking location, you might want to try a thick neck style bird collar like the Huggle or the Fringy Neck Collar.

Help your bird feel their best by optimizing their wellness.

Positive Reinforcement! This is one of the best ways to teach your bird new skills and natural parrot behaviors, making them less inclined to pluck his feathers out.
